Ingredients:
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
 - 2 tsp. taco seasoning
 - 8 leaves Bibb lettuce, rinsed (or lettuce of your choice)
 - 1 green onion, chopped
 - 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
 - 1/4 cup salsa
 - 1/4 cup sour cream
 
Directions:
Brown ground beef on the stove, then stir in taco seasoning. In a lettuce leaf, layer beef, onion, cheese, salsa and sour cream.
