  • 1½ cups rolled oats
  • 2 cups apple, diced
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • ½ cup banana, sliced
  • ¼ cup slivered almonds

Directions:

  1. Prepare oatmeal according to package directions.
  2. Add apples, raisins, honey, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Stir well.
  3. Cover and let stand in the refrigerator overnight.
  4. Heat in the microwave for about 30 seconds. Before serving, top with bananas and almonds.
