INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tbsp. baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 2/3 cup Greek Yogurt

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine flour and baking powder in a large bowl.
  2. In a small bowl stir eggs, yogurt and fold into flour mixture.
  3. Pour batter onto a skillet and cook on medium-low heat.
  4. With a spoon smooth out batter to about ¼ inch-thick.
  5. Cook for approximately 1-2 minutes, both sides should be a golden brown.
