INGREDIENTS:
- 3 cups frozen raspberries
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 3-4 tbsp water
- ½ tsp lemon juice
- Mint leaves (for garnish)
DIRECTIONS:
- Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend on high until desired texture.
- For soft sorbet serve immediately. For a harder consistency freeze for 2-3 hours.
- Garnish with mint.
