INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 cups frozen raspberries
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3-4 tbsp water
  • ½ tsp lemon juice
  • Mint leaves (for garnish)

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend on high until desired texture.
  2. For soft sorbet serve immediately. For a harder consistency freeze for 2-3 hours.
  3. Garnish with mint.
